At Craze Lover, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.


Eligibility for Returns

 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear and lingerie

  • Swimwear (if hygiene seals are broken)

  • Accessories like earrings

Refund Process

 

  1. Request a Return: Email us at crazelover5566@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval: Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide a return shipping address.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

  4. Refund: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

 We currently offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. Please mention your preferred replacement when requesting a return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately at crazelover5566@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
